Scope & operator
This notice covers wellness.myaupaire.com and wellnesspro.myaupaire.com, operated by Aupaire for Technology and Artificial Intelligence J.S.C. The websites introduce our apps, show guided demonstrations and provide business information. App accounts, bookings, messages, location and payment data are covered by the separate Beauty app Privacy Policy (English).
Visiting the website
Our hosting provider processes technical request information, such as your IP address, requested page and browser information, to deliver and protect the websites. The website code does not run advertising pixels or analytics trackers. App images are hosted with the website; viewing the map demonstration does not request your location or connect your browser to a live map.
When you contact us
Email links open your email application. If you contact us, we use the information you choose to send to respond and handle your request, with the service providers needed to deliver those communications. Please do not send card details or sensitive health information. Information is kept as needed to handle the request and applicable obligations; this notice does not set a fixed retention period for hosting or email records.
Your requests & external links
Contact legal@myaupaire.com about access, correction, deletion or a privacy concern. We may need to verify the request and consider applicable obligations. App stores and other linked services apply their own privacy notices. Beauty account deletion has its own request process.
